Vlacha liquid rennet
For the best possible coagulation in our milk, we heat it to 34 degrees.
Dissolve the rennet, before use, in three times the amount of water.
With Νo1 50gr rennet we can curdle 60kg to 80kg of milk.
With Νo2 100gr rennet we can curdle 120kg to 140kg of milk.
With Νo3 50gr rennet we can curdle 160kg to 200kg of milk.
