POWDER DISINFECTANT AND DETERGENT FOR ANIMAL USE

Biosan Steridet is a multipurpose sanitizing powder that exploits the associative effect of its components, which in addition to having a detergent action are able to produce in environments and equipment where it is used, unpleasant conditions for bacteria, viruses and fungi thanks in the presence of oxidizing agents acting in synergy with the other constituents of the product. It has wide range of applications (livestock producers, veterinary hospitals and farmers), it’s flexible and fast-acting (perfect for: surfaces, equipment, vehicles, aerial disinfection, water systems), ensuring biosecurity reassurance even with low temperatures and high levels of organic residuals.

It is a balanced and stabilized mixture of peroxide compounds, surfactants, organic acids and inorganic buffer.

Conditions of use:

Cleaning of surfaces before disinfection. It is not necessary to rinse the surfaces after application.

The product can be applied in the presence of animals with a solution concentration of up to 2%. The application of a solution with a concentration of more than 2% must be done without the presence of animals and the area must remain empty for 2 hours after the application, before the animals enter it.

Recommended doses

Dissolve 1.0% – 1.5% in water (10gr-15gr/L) at room temperature (Minimum temperature 10C). Contact time: 30 minutes for bactericidal action.
Dissolve 1.0% in water (10gr/L) at room temperature (Minimum temperature 10C). Contact time: 30 minutes for virucidal activity against African swine fever virus.
Dissolve 2.0% in water (20gr/L) at room temperature (Minimum temperature 10C). Contact time: 30 minutes for virucidal action against coronaviruses.
Dissolve 3.0% in water (30gr/L) at room temperature (Minimum temperature 10C). Contact time: 15 minutes for yeasticidal action and 5 minutes for bactericidal action.
